I started to love to draw from the very beginning of my life. In one of my father’s comics, published in the gazette Autosprint for which he was working as an artist, he predicted the future by illustrating me in a pram pencil in hand drawing my own comic.
While I spent a lot of time drawing when I was young, the computer era was still to come. In high school I began to learn 3D Studio Max and Photoshop during my free time and then during college I started to use my skill to do freelance work. Now I use 3D Studio Max, Vray, a little of Zbrush and Mudbox. Photoshop and Illustrator are the two main 2D graphic programs of choice but in this world there is no end to the learning path!
I love programming. C# and Python are my main choices, but when necessary I use C++.
I am an historian. I have a PhD from Temple University, where I specialized in digital history, history of technology, military history, and modern European history. In a further past, I graduated in Italy with a degree in art history and then I went on to earn my masters in history, where I focused my research on the Italian Risorgimento.
